Our story
It was a breezy autumn night in 2015. Student DJs performing at Nightcub Vol 2 were filling up the campus function room, and our eyes met across the hall (Anna Head Alumnae Hall).
Vicky was instantly charmed by Will's lack of rhythm and Will was surprised that his dance moves seemed to be working. We had burgers and listened to records later that night, and never looked back.
Almost 9 years later, and we're getting married :) See our dance debut on September 7, 2024!

Why Asheville?
Will’s family has been coming to these smokey mountains since the 80s. Robyn & Charlie Kable built the “Kable Kabin” in 1994 on a beautiful slice of Appalachia, and since then, there have been many a childhood weekend & endless summers spent in these forests. Vicky’s been joining the tradition since 2015, and it’s truly a special place for all of us now.
But TLDR; we wanted to be close to the Kabin, but also wanted an accessible city + easy accommodation/transportation for our guests.
We hope you end up loving Asheville just as much as we do!
